Opera 7...

Does Version 7 have a free version with banner ads??

I see "FREE DOWNLOAD", but is it gonna ask me to buy it after thirty days or something??

Just wondering, cuz I will definitely try it when I get home. I used to use Opera 6, but never re-installed it after I re-formatted.

I love opera, but I suspect there's a memory leak or something that has to do with 7s turbo mode, because if you keep it open, it will happily consume 100MB of RAM and more. Despite this, it's still my browser of choice, tho people tell me phoenix is faster. I can't really see enough difference to justify losing those cool features opera has.

I've noticed it, too. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the browser. It just eats up waaaaaay too much memory and sometimes I've only got one page open.
