I've been addicted to Opera since 5.12 and I agree that the mouse gestures are some of the best things out there for browsing. I rarely use my keyboard at all anymore (only to type in addresses). Plus, I qualify for their Global Donations Program, so I get free licenses to the browser 😀

Opera 7.01 is the shiznit dude!!!! Just went from IE6 to Mozilla to Opera 7.01 last night and IE6 and Opera are like night and day. It finally feels like I'm using the full potential of my broadband connection instead of dial-up!! The most AWESOME feature is the number of connections per server!! 32 makes it go blazing fast on my Cox HSI connection!!!!! 😀😀😀😀😀😀

try this,

hold down the right mouse button and perform a left click.

do the opposite now.

My favorite feature of opera. Can't live without it, even with a 5 button mouse.

Just now downloaded it and using it....I seriously doubted I would like it better than Mozilla or would even use it. Man its freaking awesome!

this browser is nice... after using it exclusively for a week I think I have been converted. too many features to name. it's completly changed the way I browse.. good stuff.

Be sure to register to get rid of the ads after 14 days. Not all good things in life come free. 🙂 It's $39.99 for regular, $19.99 for student. Of course you can always get the illegal k e y g e n

speaking of crazybrowser...anyone know if a new version if ever gonna be released

<~~~~downloading opera now to test it out

is there a way to get all links you click on or urls you type in to open with a new tab by default w/o all this mouse gesture stuff?

Answers to a few peoples questions:

Yes, there is a mouse gestures add on for Netscape/Mozilla.

Eudora is a good 3rd party mail client that will import. Also The Bat or Pegasus Mail are supposed to be good. I've always liked Netscape's.

If you can't login to your bank, after changing the browsers ID to IE, make sure you Alt-P, and delte cashe and refresh the page before trying again.

F4 opened/closed bookmarks in Opera 6, maybe for 7 too. F12 was a cool quick prefs menu. All other short cuts were listed in Ctrl-B.

How the hell do you get rid of the stupid left side of the browser (Opera 7)? I don't need that history/search/links stuff... I am not content with just sliding it over and leaving part of it in site. I want it removed.

If I can't remove it, I will continue to use IE.

Right click over the mess on the left, the "junk" you want to remove, and in somewhere on the right click menu there should be an option to turn it off. My lappy's battery is almost dead so I have to go. 🙁

Did you read the help that comes with it? Or maybe look at the shortcut menu?
