Norton is officially the worst piece of software ever written. My dog catches more viruses than Norton, and is easier to remove from a box.

qft... open office is pretty impressive considering it is FREE. there are a FEW things (like graphs) that are a PITA in OOspreadsheet, but it otherwise could replace Word relatively easily.
 
I agree that the spreadsheet is total crap unless your needs are very basic. The other apps might be Ok, though. I need everything Excel has and more.
