OpenGL on a GF3 not preforming @ max.

AMD 1.3
512 PC2100 DDR
Gainward 64mb GF3 w/ 12.41 reference
Via 4-in-1 installed
Latest agp miniport installed
Obvious GF3 tweaks applied (vsync off, aa off, etc)

Alright...
When I play a game like Counterstrike or Tribes 1, which I am using opengl for, I notice that my framerate is staying right around 60, no matter what. Don't get me wrong, this is very much playable.. But I thought it would be higher, esp on a game like Tribes 1.

When using D3D, like 3dmark2001 uses in its tests, my framerate maxes over 100.

What's going on here? Any help would be much appreciated :]

My refresh rate is at 85Hz, if that's what you mean.

I'm pretty sure you can't "change" your vsync rate. If I'm wrong, why don't you tell me how.

Only lockes refresh if you havnt used the nvidia patch Here. Use this and see if it helps. Oh and Tribes1 was orginianlly made to run on glide and has a bad OpenGL driver that they added through a patch, mine wont break 50FPS on a GeForce3 either.
