I recently purchased the 580 because I need a VRam increase and I wanted to record video. My intent was to record full screen X Plane 11 video but I find out AMD has not updated its drives for use of OpenGL which Xplane uses. I can record in windowed mode But that I really rather not. My questions is does anyone have any info if AMD plans on adding this, ShadowPlay added it a year ago. Even a hunch? ANyway I will return the 580 and end up having to spend more 1070/Ti card, $$.

BTW 8 gig 580s are all over now for <$250
