Yea, there are a lot of things to ake into account here and there will need to be a lot of research done. This will probably take a few months to kick off as well. What I think i'm going to do is begin looking for local sponsors and hype it up a littl bit. Send out the little prepaid business mail cards and get a feeling to see if there is actually a need for this sort of thing before I invest too much of my time.

Maybe I can get some of the larger company that are dedicated to "serving the community" to share a few large pipes that might be going through their facility. If anyone has any other information that'd be willing to share, I'd appreciate that as well. 🙂

Radius software can be expensive. The package I set up is called NTTAC and costs around $2000 for unlimited users. It ain't cheap to secure wifi networks, I'll tell you that 😉
