The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Open Source helpdesk system

Neat... I'll be taking on a new startup as hell desk and looking for software packages. 😀 Remedy is my favorite, but tooooooo expensive. LoL
