🙂My OS is Windows XP x64 Professional Edition.
I'm trying to Login to an AP that requires ports 20011,20012,40001 and IPs 210.202.101.201,211.20.1.6,211.22.118.26,61.218.61.34,211.23.3.138 open.
How do I do it?

Your question makes no sense. You're saying that in order to login to that AP you need to allow those traffic crom those ports and IPs into your machine?
