Every time I fall for a girl, I write. I like to share my writings but few of them actually make it into the notes or letters I send. 🙂
I just wanted to see what kind of creative writing skills my fellow ATOT'ers have. Post any poetry you want here, or if you have a good quote, that works too.

I wrote this one yesterday, I folded it into an envelope to have a friend give to her at work:
What is bliss?
It is to revel
In the velvet poetry
That is your kiss.


I'm saving this one until I'm ready to tell this girl I love her:

Excuse me
For being so clumsy
I'm usually steady on my feet, you see
Must've been a slip-
                                   pery step
I just
    stumbled
And
    fell
       in
         love.

Here is one I wrote while depressed .. a state I have to be in to write.


All alone

I stand in an unknown place
where am I?
who am I?
I see those I used to know
far away from this place
I see those I have never known
far away from this place
I see myself here, not there
all alone with myself.
Just a string from me to them
is it to weak?
to weak to pull me back
to weak to pull me away
That I hope to find out
without it braking
If it brakes
If I brake
I will never get away
from this place

I always try to keep a quote from Steven Stills in my mind, "You will survive being bested.".

As for my own:

and then i got lost and killed people
with lots of fire
