open file/ select program

when you try to open a file and the window pop's up asking what program to use i forgot to uncheck the box to allway's use this program is there a way i can change it now.
the window dose't pop up any more to ket me select the program
 
right click on the program and select open with, now to change the default I would say that you have to change the extension default.
