"open" dialog keeps acting like I'm dragging

When I go to anything that invokes a "open" dialog, like uploading a file to a web page, it keeps acting like I'm dragging, this stops me from being able to properly select the file and click the open button, as it's like if the left mouse button is being held down. How do I stop this from happening? This only started recently. Using Linux Mint 17.1. Actually, save dialogs do it too.

Is one or more modifier keys being pressed? Unintentionally, or course. Spill something in your keyboard?

Nope and I thought maybe it was something like that, but it only does it on those situations. Ex: not in a text editing box, or the desktop etc. Only save/open dialogs.
