I thought about selling my 1660 Super but after ebay and paypal fees I'd need to sell for right at $300 + shipping to break even on what I paid, and that seemed on the higher end of what used 1660S were actually selling for there. I'd probably do it if I could actually find a PS5 in stock I guess though.

Yeah, really about a year ago they really weren't worth much at all. Now you might get a decent amount for it - let's say $50 after fees and shipping for sake of argument - and putting that against the ~$300 for this card it's $250 for a 1660? Not great but not as freaking silly as some of the other prices out there. You could pay that for an RX 580 and way less performance.

I know. EVGA has "SuperClocked" and "SuperClocked Ultra" brandings, and they have NOTHING directly-related to NVidia's "Super" and "Ultra" brandings for GPUs. It IS confusing, especially at first glance. Probably intentionally so.

Wouldn't call it intentional. My GTX 970 was an EVGA SuperClocked model so I know that name has been around for a while.

But Super != SuperClocked lately at all. Super models have GDDR6 vs GDDR5 and more cores, and are possibly clocked higher. They should have come up with a better name for these, like Gold (Au) or Platinum (Pt) maybe (Ti is already taken). Not a huge difference, but it allows the refresh of a line to match the performance of the previous generation higher end models (i.e. 1650 Super is roughly equivalent to older 1660, 2060 Super is roughly like older 2070, etc.).

Speaking of Ti, MSI had a GTX 1070 Ti Titanium. No, not a typo. "Ti" = NVidia branding of that GPU, "Titanium" == MSI branding of card.
