I have these speakers (also got them dented box several months ago). I'm very pleased with them - a major upgrade over my previous Logitech 4.1 speakers. Like most mid-budget speakers, the cables on the satellite speakers are too short if you're hoping to mount them in a medium sized room. I ended up buying RCA extension cables for just a couple bucks online which let me mount these speakers properly for surround sound in a medium-sized room.

Nice deal, I've been using the X-530's for 5 years with 0 complaints. Plus these ones get the metal grill making them even more durable.

Thanks for the post and the mini-review, I was looking for a good deal like this to upgrade the sound my secondary "browsing" computer. This will do nicely, probably overkill, but the price is still right.

50.44 out the door with sales tax. Thanks OP!
Now to get another chance at a dented squeezebox classic. I did not pull the trigger in time, last time.

Huh? You purchased a product discounted as "dented box", and then you blame UPS for the box damage?

With everyone reporting their "dented box" product box being immaculate, where's the confusion?

Because one would expect the box to be dented when you bought it... just because a few folk had them slightly less dented shouldn't change the fact that you knowingly bought something with damaged packaging.

I've been following these Logitech dented box specials for a while now and I don't recall anyone saying they actually got a dented box. I've gotten two things this way and both were absolutely perfect.

These particular speakers sell out very fast when they do go on dented box special, but keep checking.
