Im going to get one on my lunch break if the fleabay whores haven't gotten them already.

Coupon says it will work with videocards but they say it's 12% off the regular price, I'm not sure what that is currently.

Back in stock online. Mine shipped yesterday, but a Best Buy 20 miles away supposedly has them in stock, so I'm tempted to pick one up with the % coupon.

The BIG QUESTION is whether the B&M price is $237 or $280. Anyone?

The coupon should be 12% off the original price, which would be $279.99 - 33.60 = $246.39. So the sale price of $237.99 is better than that. I've heard of a few people getting Best Buy to take the 12% off of the sale price, so it's certainly possible.

Got mine for $222.51 OTD, great price.

They didn't have it on the shelf though, in fact they didn't have a place for it, I found one in the overstock area mixed with the 8600's.

New fans? Is there something wrong with the fans on the earlier batch? I got in on the second of these things from Best Buy about a month ago but I haven't heard anything about fan problems? What do you hear?

By the way, these are in stock in the Porstmouth, NH store and they are taking the 12% coupon.

Just snagged one in Lansing, MI. The 12% coupon worked fine. Total price with tax was $222.

The newer 8800gt some companies are putting out have bigger fans and better bios.

xenolith posted this link in the main 8800gt thread. Shows the different fans. I live in Lansing too so if its the second fan I am going to pick one up after work.

Some people are reporting that the coupon works on top of the sale price, while others are saying that it only works on the original price. YMMV.

Use the BFG warranty to get the new bios/fan revision if you have problems.

I bought one in Novi, MI. There were none on the shelf, but they had some in the back. It rang up $237 and I used the 10% off coupon. The coupon did not scan, but the cashier just typed it in and the system accepted it. Out the door for $227.

Same here at the store in Dublin Ca, ( except it came out to $232 due to higher sales tax)

The website said they had none instock, but they had 3 on the shelf when I got there.
