Damn! I already own one.
FC2 alone is worth $50 bucks, not counting the 3dmark free bee piece.
This is extremely HOT!!!!!

This is a real hot deal. How much is FC2 going for? $40-50?

Another good deal is the scratch 'n dent GS-550 power supply for $35 (add to cart to see discount). It has a 6 pin and 8 pin (6+2) PCIe plugs, has a 140mm fan and puts out 36A combined on the +12v rail. If you need something dirt cheap that puts out serious +12v power, this is it.

Lowest retail price I've seen at the major eTailers is $46.99 shipped from NewEgg. GoGamer has it for a bit less, but they charge shipping, so the total comes out to slightly more. Everyone else, including Steam, is selling for $49.99.

How long will this deal be on-going? Also, what kind of PSU will be required to power this GTX 260? I only have a 600w atm

The discount on the GTX260 is good until the end of the month (10-31). The Far Cry 2 bundle is "while supplies last"...

I used to run a HD4870, which should be roughly comparable power consumption-wise, on a 520W PSU. I think a GTX260 requires two PCIe 6-pin cables - some manufacturers will include a Molex to 6-pin adapter cable for those people who only have one 6-pin on their PSU. (Not sure if that's the case with this card.)

Since I'm a fan of both farcry and BFG, had to do this deal since, heck, free crap your probably getting around 80 bucks off... Led Light don't look too bad.

So........... Now, how do I get a "CHEAP" decent MOBO, RAM and CPU to go with this???? Any Takers? Cheap as in a few hundred - 300 bucks but would prefer quad, and MOBO doesn't have to be SLI.

You can buy an Intel Q6600, motherboard and 4gb ddr2 800 for about $300 easy. Don't need to wait for sales for that price.

Anyone know how long this thing is?

I think I will just buy one anyways, this deal is hot, and if it doesn't fit I can get a new case :)

I think he was asking how long the card is physically, not how long the promos last .

Yeah, I don't think the promo length will make it not fit in my case.

Anyways, here are the actual dimensions:

Card Dimensions: 266.7mm x 95.3mm x 38.1mm

So it will either barely fit in my case or not at all.

Beats a 4850, ties a 4870.

But...has quite a bit of OCing headroom (up to 700+ on core clock de-linked from shaders from a few situations I've seen) all with less heat and driver issues than the 4870.

If you're a gamer, go with the GTX260.

It actually does not fit in my main rig's case (Antec Solo). :( So, I'm only buying two of these instead of three (one for my LAN party rig, one for wife's rig). I like the Solo enough that I'm not going to change my case for a video card. Instead, I'll probably swap out motherboards so that I can SLI some lesser cards, since I already have a spare MSI 750i SLI board. Hmmm, a pair of BFG 9800 GT OC2 cards with quiet non-reference coolers should do the trick. ;)

I kind of wanted the GTX 260 though. Bummer.

BTW, rebate is good for up to three cards, in case anyone wants to try out Tri-SLI.

Is it worth it to upgrade to this from a 9800 GTX? 9original version, not 9800 GTX+ or 9800GX2.

Hmm...wondering if I should pick up two of these over a GTX 280 or a 4870 X2. I can get a GTX 280 for $300 and a 4870 X2 for $400 (ebay cashback), but this would appear to be a faster solution. Only problem is SLI failing to work with multiple monitors - although I think I heard that an upcoming driver may be bringing a solution. Hopefully that will come to fruition, because I think this could be a really nice setup.

On another note, is there any reason why GTX 260 SLI wouldn't work with an NF4 motherboard? (aside from the obvious bottleneck of the older processor)
