There have been a few SSDs around at this price, but if you don't mind buying used, then you can pick up a third generation Intel 160GB SSD for ~$40-$50 on Ebay (free shipping). I just bought one for $44 shipped - it is 3rd generation, supports TRIM, had latest firmware, and was in 100% good condition, and is very fast. You can use the Inel SSD toolbox to verify everything. Even though it's used, I still trust Intel over some of these other brands. The 160GB seems to be a sweet spot for price on Ebay - don't know why.
