OOPS, got a little crazy with it and got a little too much on the screen and I think it wicked into the black part of the screen and there are ~1" wide lines going up about 1/4 way up the screen on one corner. Hopefully it gets dry before the rents come home.
I think it has been drying since it has gotten a little smaller. Good thing they worked late.

Also, the dog shit and pissed on the floor, ooo I was pissed. (great dane :()
He also tore up the DVD rental of F4:ROSS, he is going to be in big trouble.

Is saying the dog got water on the TV a good enough excuse? :p

Windex + TV (of any kind) = stupid. Use a damp (not wet) or dry cloth or spray some kind of screen cleaner (that won't dissolve the anti-glare coating on the screen) onto a cloth then wipe. If you were my kid I'd smack you just for being an idiot.

windex is ammonia based. It eats paint for food. Your anti-reflective coating on the screen could be extremely compromised depending on how long the screen was exposed to the ammonia.

I didn't use Windex(C) I used some other glass cleaner, I doubt it has ammonia (didn't smell like it). I think it is receding as it wasn't as noticeable after I left for a few hours. I don't know why it would wick up like that, I just think I put too much pressure on the screen when wiping it and the gray stuff or w/e on the back of the plastic may have statically stuck to the screen or something(or "adhered" with the "windex"). IDK, if I get to take it apart I will examine it, if not I will make a custom box for a nice front projector :p

BTW, it doesn't really have a protective glare coating it actually shines when cleaned (its sort of a lower end model of CRT RPROJ, got it in about 2003 (HD though :p). I wish I had an inside look of it so I could see what is going on.

It has almost all but gone away, I think some may still be there but it is no where near what it was, BIG improvement.
BTW, the cleaner contains no phosphors or ammonia.
