I'm mostly bothered by this fact, especially given that 15 and 16 year olds have been having sex since the dawn of humanity (and it's perfectly natural for them to do so). Giving kids laptops sounds like a complete waste of money that will do nothing toward furthering an education.

Legally, most likely. However, these are sexually developed and aware adolescents, not children.

Yeah, I find it horribly unfair that people who have sex with 17-year-olds (even if they're 18) get lumped in with people who have sex with 10-year-olds (which is REALLY twisted IMHO).

He probably had it named something innocuous so his Mom wouldn't notice it. :D

Yes, make a video telling the students not to make porn on their laptops. That's a GREAT IDEA.

And sandorski, yes, I always check file size; the number is right there next to the name.

In the student's defense, it's possible that he was sending a movie of some sort to his teacher. Did that never occur to anyone? A school that gives laptops to it students is bound to have a good media arts department, in which case e-mailing a video is easier than burning a CD or using a flash drive (but doesn't prevent you from sending your teacher the porno tape you made...)

The funny thing is the teachers that took the video off the laptop probably copied it and masturbated to it later that night, oh hypocrisy how we love thee

Guaranteed.

Under updated manufacture of pornography laws, the two students could face as much as five years in prison, even for a first offense, prosecutors said.

HAHA, the laws in this country are so uptight.
