I've been getting it a bunch too, from both IE and FF and two different machines (two different networks).

I'm not sure they log these issues... I had the hardest time creating a rig profile last year (was getting this exact message) and was told by the admin "you're doing it wrong". So I gave up eventually and noticed recently that others had the same issue...
