Thats in addition to the xenons.... Kinda like a mean DRL 🙂

They use CCFL's around the projector's....
 
I wouldn't get em in white though, i'd go for more of an amber/yellow/orange like on the parking lights of the new caddy STS. If you've ever seen the parking lights on the new STS, you'd fall in love; the color they produce is very di-chroic like, a really nice orange/amber.
