What a stupid gun. As a stationary device it is not very good. Might be nice mounted on a moving vehicle, that way you can spray as many civilians as possible by mistake (sick joke!). Seriously no person has a need for such a gun unless they want to shoot down a plane or something military. I think they put these on Apache Attack Helicopters.

A .50 caliber sniper rifle may be of more use.
