I just load it in browser and then copy it from the Internet Cache.

You have to know what the name of the video file is in order to locate and save it elsewhere, but this is another great way to do it.
Depending on how you do or don't manage your internet cache; easy enough to sort by date/time, file type, file size etc.

There are also a number of plugins for Firefox that will capture video within a webpage, linked video etc.

Just have adblock put a tab on stuff like that, much easier.

That's one way to do it, but that requires FF and AdBlock. Some people use FF without AdBlock or use different browsers. Looking at the page code will work for everyone 🙂
