So anyone that is the family of a former President is royalty? Wtf? Is Chelsea Clinton royalty? Jimmy Carter's children are royalty? What exactly is your definition of royalty? Bush is worth something like $20 million, in the grand scheme of things that's not that much, just enough to live very nicely and comfortably.

Kerry and Bush both have royalty in their history.

As for Bush's worth it's all in his name; his name gives him connections and resources. The presidential retirement plan is just insane i hear...

Royalty are given rights to millions of dollars, palaces, art, etc. by the government solely based upon their blood line. Chelsea Clinton sure doesn't fit that mold. Your Queen is not only considered a God by her peasants, but has to be the head of a certain religion, showered with millions, has her picture everywhere as a constant reminder of her control in your lives, etc.

Are you claiming that the president's salary and living in the White House during the presidency is a sign of royalty? The God-Queen is given palaces, millions of dollars, servants, avoids taxes, etc. just because she is of royal blood. Her successors will be given similar treatment. Not because she was elected. You are not royalty if you have a salary. You are royalty based upon a barbaric idea of superior blood lines.

The progressive world sees nothing wrong with salaries. However, your support for the concept of superior bloodlines is barbaric and completely at odds with what your society supposedly believes in (or what your government's propaganda tells you to believe in).

I'm just replying to see what you will say next. This thing you have with the Queen is really interesting to me. I have never seen such interest in her before by an American before.The older native people here I think still respect the crown more then the gov. When a royal comes around there is the crowd of elderly people with some of their grandchildren. The same types I see in the pictures when they visit your country. And there's a few wacko's like my old lady who collect Princess Di crap 😉

Seriously, even to the British people the monarchy is more of a tourist attraction then anything else. Do you really believe people still think they are appointed by God?

The concept of superior bloodlines is a barbaric idea that should not be around in the 21st century. It's as simple as that. The head of state position of your country is delegated to persons within one family and must be of a particular religion. This is a backwards practice that needs to be addressed. I think it's very unfortunate that Canadians refuse to address this problem. I guess if the government propaganda doesn't tell you to think about it, the masses don't. I really wish Canadians were more independent and less hive-like.

Playing with your imagination is not the real world. There is worse things to worry about, but that doesn't mean you ignore this problem... a problem which could be easily fixed.
