Hi everyone,
I have HP P7-1234 with A6-3650 chip which supports PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333) and runs Windows 7 64bit.

I put 2 pieces of 4GB DDR3(1333) sticks and this HP only recognizes 4GB. These are unbuffered memory sticks. How can I have my desktop see all 8GB?

I don't know if I've ever seen RAM labeled that way (as 2x 2GB)... I'll have to go look at mine.

They label it that way when you buy it in a kit rather than individual sticks...

Thank you so much Guys!

Thank you very much! What a bummer.

Will any of these memories work on my computer?

I would say these would work, I have had issues in the ddr2 days with the more branded versions of ram, ie the Fury, and Ballistix Sport.

So I then to use the oem/generic ram like in the 3rd option you listed
