A Gardiner man faced decontamination before being hauled off to jail. You've probably heard stories about peeping toms getting caught in the act, but this one is facing some pretty "filthy" accusations. 45-year-old Gary Moody is accused of taking a plunge into a place meant for no human being. According to police, Moody, a store owner from Gardiner, donned a pair of waders Sunday and lowered himself into a pit toilet. The giant outhouse is located in the White Mountain National Forest at a popular swimming hole off the Kancamagus Highway. Police aren't sure how long Moody was in the pit, or how many females he spied on. They say a teenage girl eventually spotted Moody looking up at her as she was about to sit down. Moody faces a charge of criminal trespass. But, before being arrested he had to be hosed down by Conway firefighters and decontaminated. Gary Moody did not return any phone calls from WGME News 13. He's due to appear in court July 19th. As part of his bail condition, he's been ordered to stay away from any U.S. Forest Service property
