The most expensive Hammer, Wilson suggested retail: $229.99.
$99.99 at TheSportsAuthority.com

That's not the most expensive Hammer. Big 5 has the Hyper Hammer 2.3 or Hyper Hammer Sledge 2.0, reg $299.99, on sale for $89.99 for weeks. Bascically, the lower the swing index, the more expensive the reg price. I bought the Head IS12 for $99.99 from Big 5, reg $349.

And the price is not really special (despite the use of ebates and GC), you can find similar price from most online prof sports store. Check this web site www.tenniswarehouse.com, they have the same price though you have to pay for the shipping.

Thanks for the heads up. Tenniswarehouse also has a pretty good price on the ProStaff 6.0 original. $117.99

If you're new this is a good racket to go with. It's index is for moderate to shorter/slower swing speeds which is safe to assume if you're just starting out. As you get better you may move to higher indexes as your swing becomes faster and more refined.
