Only 90GB left on my 1.5TB drive

I only have 90GB left on my 1.5TB Seagate 7200.11. I really want to get two 1.5TB drives with three 500GB platters and 7200 RPM and run them in RAID-0. None of this "green" marketing junk drives. Anyone know where I can get two drives like this? I know drives with 500GB platters are out there.

As of this moment, I'm not aware of any mainstream 1.5TB 7200RPM, 500GB/platter drives. The closest ones are the current 1.5TB 7200.11 ones that you have already at 375/platter or the WD 2TB Black.

Whats your backup plan for that?

I use Acronis True Image to backup everything but my C:\Games directory (which is 1.3GB+). The games directory is copied across a 1GB SpinPoint F1 and a 750GB 7200.10. When I get new drives, the 1.5TB drive I have now will be used for backups.

I've been thinking of getting three 1GB 7200.12 Seagate drives. The drive has two 500GB platters with 32MB of cache. Three of them in RAID-0 would give me great sustained transfer rates. I want to get the drives setup and everything copied over from my current 1.5TB drive before Windows 7 is released next month. My version of Acronis True Image doesn't work with Windows 7. Once everything is moved to the array I can do an in place upgrade to Windows 7 and keep everything installed.

Just as a FYI I copied my Win 7 Ulti x64 boot drive to a Vertex SSD using Maxblast (by Acronis) two weeks ago.

Is it free? If not, how much is it?
