I use Hulu when I can, the more we support this business model the better. Surfthechannel has gone downhill thanks to megavideo's BS "you can only watch an hour at a time" policy, but if you can find a decent link then it's good.

I've always just downloaded torrents of shows I was interested in. Never bothered to check out other solutions though.
