My only complaint with singapore, compermine, and the like is that they all look too databas-y...basically, I am into more of an artistic presentaion. Mine is quite simple but I hope to make it much better.
 
i would also agree with you

my observation about your site is that it uses flash
1) i personally hate flash
2) not everyone has it installed and many wont install it to view your site
