Online Journal designed to print and bind?

Lately, I've been contemplating keeping a journal. I type faster than I write, so would prefer to do it on a computer. However, I don't want to do just a blog. Periodically I'd like to print out the contents and bind them into a journal.

As I thought about features I'd like, I started listing them:

  • Web-based, so I can add to it from anywhere
  • Ability to work offline and upload work to web-based journal
  • Ability to back up contents offline
  • Ability to easily select and print entries
  • Ability to flag changes/editions since last time printed
  • Print to paper designed to fit into a journal

I've implemented a WordPress blog before and have no problem setting one up. My questions are mainly about trying to print out journal pages. I would appreciate anyone's expertise or experience.

Do I need to use any sort of special paper or ink that will help the printed pages last longer?

Are there any pre-made sets that include pre-punched journal paper and a journal to store them in after you print them out?

Is there good software I should use that is designed for this, or a good online journal site that is better than the others?

I appreciate the help!
