Online database for overclocked cpus?

I used to know of one but after 30 mins of searching google I couldnt find it. It used to give the average overclockability of each rated processor, as well as a complete database listing of all of the systems parts etc.

Anyone know where this place is, or if they took it off, or which main sites do this anymore?

You just summed up what they have at Overclockers.com (minus all the parts besides CPU and sometimes mobo)
