Online Cisco, MCSE certification classes.........

I am looking into broadening my horizons, and getting some certifications.

Do any of you have any information or experiences with any of the online places for this?

I looked at smartcertify, but they are pricey, and I have found some bad reviews on them.

One place I am leaning towards is www.careeracademy.com , but I cannot find much as far as reviews on them.

I know it would be best for me to go to classes, but my schedule would not even come close to permitting that! I am a good book learner, so I am confident if anyone can do this, I can!

A REALLY good book is the Comp/TIA certified "A+ Guide to Managing and Maintaining you PC". Put out by Thompson Course Technology.

If you're going to do any Cisco, I would recommend in class VS strictly online. The simulators atre alright, but they don't account for instructors doing silly stuff like flipping the MDX switch, or making his cross-over cables the same colour as his patch cables, or the good old non-functional, but still lights up, genderbenders..

Besides, you wouldn't want to have a paper cert would ya...
