OneSuite.com - How is bigzoo??

Can anyone recommend other long distance company?

How is bigzoo? I noticed their rate is good. I am having problems with onesuite.com. My international calls are bad. after 15 min, they don't hear my voice. It happens everytime. I had to hangup and called again. annoying!!

so anyone uses bigzoo and share opinion? thanks

priceline.com long distance is sweet. I pay 4.4 cents to Canada from the US. I got about 7 cents to HK too. OneSuite.com does look cheap... how's their service? Why are you trying to reach them?

i use onesuite all the time. great prices and the quality of the phone service is AWESOME.

HOWEVER... only use it within the US, cause international rates are way too high (get phone cards), but 2.9 cents is good deal within US.

They charged wrong rate. I sent emails a few times and no response so far. When I request for info, they returned my email within a couple of days. But when I sent email for the problem, got no response..

When I signed up in December, quality was ok. but recently the guality is really bad. The other side could not hear my voice and sometimes dead in the middle of conversation. I reported the problem of quality and they responded saying they would look into the problem. Now about wrong rate, they don't respond to my email.

I'm satisfied. I've gotten used to dialing the 800 number instead of just dialing my buddies. busy signals every so often but just wait a minute and then try again.

OneSuite is great. And I don't find their International Rates that expensive. I mainly use them on my cell phones to make international calls. Sprint rapes me for about $0.45/min, so even at 7 or 10 cents a minute ...

I also like how you can set up a few numbers to be auto-recognized, so you just dial and enter the number you want to call -- no need to enter PIN codes and all that. It works well.

For $10, you get ~344 domestic minutes. It's a steal.

Here's another vote for OS. I've used them for around a year and a half now. Except for using it at peak times occassionally they're the best even in the rates department.

I've had phonecards calling home at rates of approx. 13c/minute but the catch is there's always a 3 minute minimum charge + $1 connection charge.

With onesuite you're charged per minute and there is no such thing as connection charges and the rate is 13.5c/minute. My $10 credit with OS goes a long way as opposed to $10 in phonecard credit.

I've been a happy BigZoo customer for almost 2 years and so far I've been very happy.

If I were to choose I'd go with OneSuite.com though, I think they're not as busy, offer a free incoming fax number and apparently didn't get hacked like BigZoo.com did.

I always use bigzoo for my calls to Germany ($0.049/Minute). Works great for me.
