After looking at the website, seems like the problem is real.

It is not "real" as in its a huge problem. It is real that the 6+s have a structural weakness near the volume button, but that is something easily mitigated with a case.

Most of the pictures of bent phones on that site were in cases.

Edit: My mistake. Most weren't, but quite a few were. I'm still not convinced that a non rigid case will stop it bending.

well, saying a phone case mitigates an easily bendable phone design, does not exactly address the fundamental issue.

If your girlfriend is ugly with no proper bumps, but heavy makeup and push-up bra mitigate the issue, would you be fine with it? Especially if she costs more than all other girls on this planet (except the Ventus, that family are real gold diggers).

It's a 7.1mm aluminum phone. I'm not entirely sure why people are surprised it does bend more easily.

Yuriman did the math for you. Sometimes reality hurts.
Reality hurts? Read your quote again

wow, that's a lot of bent iPhones on a website 99.9% of Apple users don't know about.
You're saying its a website 99.9% of Apple users don't know about, but what does knowing about a website have to do with anything? Probably your poor phrasing didn't help, but let me take a stab here--I think your point that you're trying to make is that only 0.1% of the bent phone users have reported their bendings here, which is suggesting the actual bend rate is 1000 greater than reported here. Is that what you're suggesting? Unless knowing about the website correlates directly with bend data, I'm not sure that's a meaningful extrapolation.

Do you have any data to suggest how many bent iPhones are out there or is this your typical BS against Apple?

It's fairly self evident that the number of actual bent phones will be vastly more than are reported on that obscure Website.

Most people have never heard of that website, obviously whether people know about a website would make a difference to whether they report on that website. That's why knowing about the website matters. Apple certainly won't give out numbers,
I don't think anyone is suggesting that it gives us an accurate number, it does show that bent iPhones are not that unusual.

Do you have any data to suggest how many bent iPhones are out there...

Vastly more than the bullshit number that Apple gave out?

Vastly more than the bull$hi^ number that Apple gave out....period.

Dlerium, there is no need to police a forum for anything anti-Apple. Just people's opinions. Relax. So what Apple makes a phone that bends easily? Have a laugh. Cheers.

You are busting his balls unnecessarily though.

I thought only the 6+ is bendable, but I see many with regular iPhone 6 on the list.

Pretty much this. I recommend to people I know that purchased a 6 plus to get a case from a reputable brand that does have rigidity to help prevent everyday stress from actually being put on the frame of the phone.

For any smart phone I'd recommend a case that has been tested for drops and vibration and features a more rigid material along with more shock absorbing materials
