They are excellent ordered some speakers from them last January. Prompt delivery and great customer service.

Their customer service sucks. I called 3 times and emailed them for a receipt so I can get free extended coverage from my CC company and never received one. I will never order from them again.

The convention is that the receipt is the order confirmation page. You should have printed that.

You must be one of those people who gets reimbursed gas from their company, hits "NO" when prompted for a receipt, and then holds me up when I'm trying to buy a slurpee by arguing with the clerk about having them print a receipt (which they CANNOT do if you decline it. The god damned computers just don't do it for security reasons, and I'll be damned if someone isn't telling them that they CAN every friggin' time I get there)

No problems with OneCall here (ordered 3-4 times from them - a few different sets of speakers and a receiver). Never ordered an OOS item though.

The confirmation receipt does not show the price you paid, which makes it worthless when you're sending that in for an extended warranty coverage. Go to the webpage to find a receipt, and it gives you the same worthless confirmation .

How suck ass is the website? I still have my email with my order #, so I went to the website today and it shows I have never ordered from them. I guess they purge all your ordering information after 6 months. I still can see my orders my best buy,amazon, dell, etc after 2 years.
