Pepperoni or, depending on my mood, green peppers.

It used to be pepperoni. But now I'd have to say roasted garlic or roasted green chilies (not the bland green peppers, but something jalepeno or hotter). They pack so much more flavor than any other pizza ingredient that I enjoy eating.
