One stick or two?

I'm getting ready to build a new P4 2.4c system with the ABIT IS7,Intel 865PE chipset mobo. I'm trying to figure out if I should buy two sticks of 256mb PC-3200 or one stick of 512mb PC-320 ram. I remember reading somewhere that 2 sticks are better than one since the chipset takes advange of some sort of dual-pipeline but I can't find the article anymore. So should I get one stick or two? Also, does anyone have experience with the OCZ DDR PC-3200 Performance Series memory on Newegg? The reviews for it are good and I'm not looking to OC the processor.

Thanks!
