one sided or two sided DIMMS?

hi there, I'm building a new system and am installing the RAM, my motherboard manual has a recommendation for installing the RAM based upon whether it is two sided or one sided. I can't figure out which it is. my ram is 184-pin Corsair Value Select DDR-DIMMs. are these two sided or one sided?

also, I can't figure out if these are DDR 400 or 333?

you should be able to look at it and tell.

I'm pretty sure the corsair value select are 2-sided, though.

Does it have the little chips on both sides or one. Its not hard. 😛
Most likely ddr 400

ya, it has chips on both sides...guess that means two sided (duh! stupid me) but still can't figure out if it's ddr 333 or 400
