Doesnt he know how to calculate, is he from florida?

We have here two systems, one with 1.2Ghz Athlon and one with 1Ghz P3, the Athlon cpu costs $275 and the P3 costs $441. The systems have the same things in them, but somehow he magicly managed to make them cost the same.

AMD system costs $1975, and sharky does that correctly
Intel costs $2142, but sharky somehow makes it cost $1942

yeah, something is wrong with that site d00d.

that price thing sucked, as did some of the components

it was not even text, it was an image of text.

i mean talk about stuff!...

i had to type and add that (in excel ;-))

i mean, it's fishy but can be a mistake, i add wrong all the time

it appears sharky forgot to add the price of the OS. last i heard there was no "rebate" for w2k pro for intel systems.

BUT if one wants to compare prices, one should really have the prices SIDE BY SIDE instead of one above the other.

Why is he using a ASUS A7V? Isn't it a bit flaky still? Wouldn't a MSI K7T Master fit the bill better, or a K7t pro, pro2, pro2a

The updated it 🙁

hehe

It was such a huge mistake people were freaking out in the sharky forums and they changed it pretty fast...
If you missed it, they said a P3 1 Ghz cost like 150 bucks, lol
