I'd vote for Sanitation too.

Imagine having to go through the Plague and all sorts of diseases like people did in the past. Air-conditioned condoms don't mean jack when you're puking up body organs.

Plumbing and the sewer system. I would hate to go out into the cold to take a sh1t or carry buckets after buckets of water from a well into the house.
