i would have to say i would rather live in PHOENIX than in philly anyday.
yet that article makes no mention of when micheal irvin hurt his neck during a sheagles-cowboys game and the fans were booing him when he left the field on a stretcher.

Having lived between tucson/phoneix/flagstaff all my life I would definately have to say Phoenix sux....philly not much better though...but AZ as a whole is a much more interesting state overall than PA so...Phoneix it would definately be
