Your attitude is the very definition of insubordination, you subordinate. Fail at playing the game properly nor have you ever had subordinates. You need to work on your "organizational awareness" skills.
Baloo has a point. I've always thought calling someone a subordinate meant you think they are inferior, as in lower class.
I'm with you Mosh, I've never called anyone I supervised my subordinate..and I'd feel like a dick if I did.
