Sure, I'll get right on it. It's not huge or anything, nevermind the fact that Christianity wasn't listed a prerequisite for the class.
Yes. Lord knows that when you take a class you shouldn't expect to have to do any research or, *gasp* learn.

It doesn't offend me, it just shouldn't be required reading for a non-religion class.
What? The most widely published book in history that has shaped the path of the world for almost 2000 years and is a reoccurring theme throughout Western civilization and literature. That should not be allowed to exist outside of a theological discussion? Jesus Christ, what happens when you have to do a report on Greek mythology? Do you refuse because you do not believe in the overtones of polytheistic religion that thrusts itself into every story?
Get over yourself, it's a BOOK. This is no different than if you had to read up on ancient Grecian religions so you could understand the role, importance, and references in any Greek mythological story. He isn't asking you to BECOME a Christian, it seems he is asking you to become familiar with the works that have become one of the most significant influences in human history.
Does this mean that we should all have Michael Jackson's Thriller album in our music collection and if not, we should be punished in our education if it is not something we are well versed on?
