Thanks in advance for any help.

I just had Fios installed.

Prior to this all devices connected fine.

After the Fios install All computers in the house can connect to the internet through the router except for one.

One computer will not connect to the internet through the router.

I've tried the following:

1) Ethernet from router: Connects to router but no internet (all other devices can connect to the internet through ethernet).
2) Wireless from router: Same result as ethernet (connects to router no internet)
3) I updated all drivers on the computer
4) Ran antivirus using MSE and HiJackThis
5) Used netsh command to reset TCIP and Winsocket repair
6) Bought a USB wifi connector same results (connects to router no internet)
7) Searched the internet for hours and found nothing

Any other recommendations are welcome. The wife can't get any work done and is already upset because we found out you can't get the Oprah Network through Fios.

Can the problem computer connect to other devices inside the house?

Make sure it is getting a valid IP address, DNS servers, and Default Gateway information from the router.

Run ipconfig /flushdns in a command prompt.

ping an external web site from a working computer and from the one that is not working to see if you get the same results.

Check the internet connection settings (either in IE or in the Control Panel) to make sure it doesn't have a proxy server enabled.

1) I did the dns flush (same results)
2) I pinged an external website.
a) working computer (works fine "reply from IP address bytes 32, time 9ms, etc)
b) Non working: "ping request could not find www.google.com"
3) For Valid IP, DNS, gateway I just typed in "ipconfig" and info populates on the wlan adapter. How do I tell if it's valid. It shows the following:

DNS Suffix: home
Link-local IPv6 address: fe80::d958:6f71:f465:bbb3%13
IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.4
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Is that right?

4) Sadly I don't know how to connect to other devices
5) I also don't know how to check the proxy server status.

Thank you again. I'm clueless on how to try the last two

Still can't figure this one out. I ordered the recovery CD today. I'm hoping I can wipe the HD and all will go back tomorrow. Maybe it's a virus or registry issue. I'll try it this weekend and update shortly.

b) Non working: "ping request could not find www.google.com"

Indicates DNS issues. You didn't list the DNS servers in your config so if they are correct is unknown.
