I deal with lots of people all day, every day.

This month there is a set of classes that are teaching french students to speak english. Most of these people are from Quebec.

Anyway, a few days ago I saw one girl sitting on the stairs in one of the hallways. She came up to me and in very broken english and a really cute accent asked me where she could get some change from. I showed her and while we were walking along I got to know her a little bit. Now she says hi, gives me a big smile every time she sees me and asks me how I'm doing and how my day is going. She is 18 BTW.

The other nice thing is, on the same day I met the girl above, while I was getting on an elevator with a bunch of equipment, there happened to be a group of like 10 more young french girls on the elevator. One of them looks at my name tag and says "Hello Stefan". Now this group is always together so every time they see me they all say "HI STEFAN!" at the same time in their cute french accents.

Yet I predict you will not make a move on them. You will chalk this up as one more missed chance.

French girls. Don't you know anything?

And I don't care if they're from Quebec, that place is just France Jr. They don't have the Eiffel Tower, but in every other way, they're FRENCH.

I've got a GF that I'm very happy to be with. I enjoy meeting friendly people because it makes my day so much better.

Saying hi doesn't always imply "I want to hump you".

Bad excuse.
