One man's incredible problems with Gateway

Did I read it right Gateway told him to sue? But in another part of the story Gateway said he cannot sue because of a clause in the warranty that it had to be settled by arbatration

Gateway computers suck. Gateway service and support is non-existent. Gateway should and will go out of business.
And yes, I say this from experience.

It's not the Pantera, is it? That's the only model name I remember from ZEOS.

BTW - My Gateway works fine. Of course, I replaced the optical drives and the awful WDC HDD they put in here. The rest of it is pretty standard Intel mobo/MSI video card/Samsung RAM. Their support is the worst. If I actually needed it, I would be really upset that I purchased a Gateway.
