hi,
i`ve asked numerous questions about this motherboard, but this one will sum them all up into one.

now, according to the manuel, the max multiplier of this board is 12.5. and the max official FSB is 133mhz, so this creates a 1662.5mhz cpu speed.

this speed is also the speed of a XP2000+ processor. So in theroy, and ignoring the known problem with r1.02 of the board, the board will take XP processors of this speed, within its official cpu speed limits.

is this right?

If i put an xp1800 processor in the board then, in theory, it should work with almost no problems. Is this right also?

Yes, it should work fine, however as you know Abit does not officially support KT7A's and Athlon XP's
Poractically, few people reported problems with such a combination
