Again, I just want to make sure I don't need to buy a single thing else and that if I only bought this I would be able to set up a full-functioning computer.

For gaming, you might want to add a cheap DVD-ROM reader (not with CD burning) since the copy protection in some games doesn't play nice with CD / DVD burners.

It's also handy for making a quick disc-to-disc copy of a music CD so you can play the copy instead of the original. I usually do this at just 4X for maximum compatibility.

Definitely get a second dvd reader drive.
