Compared to Newegg and many other places this is a great price on some very high quality DVD+rs.

Buy.com Link

Usually Verbatim are much closer to $50 for these. This is closer to the price of the more generic name brands and the free shipping on top of it just makes it that much better.

Ahh sorry about that, when I listed them they were in stock and I myself ordered some yesterday. Either someone thought it was a great deal and ordered quite a few or Buy.com realized a mistake on the pricing. They have two Verbatim 100 Disk DVD+R spindles. Ones $50 and this one is $32.99. I cant see a difference between the two, both are 8x DVD+Rs on a spindle and everything appears to be the exact same so maybe this was a mistake by them. Sorry if anyone wanted to get in and did not.

They are back in stock. Not noticing many hits though, so is this not a good deal? I know Verbatim makes great cdrs and dvdrs, and they are usually much more expensive. So is this not a good deal? Just curious as there seems to be very little interest.

Well tell you what, I will check the disk id on them when mine arrives later today, Friday, and let everyone know for sure what it says.

That is what I was thinking too... Hopefully it's not the case because that is a decent price for 100 of them.

I haven't been in the DVD+R loop for a little while (I don't go through them quickly); are Ritek not so good anymore?

So what does this mean? Honestly not checked many disks but apparently they are not Ritek.

Edit: And to the above post, Ritek are good discs, its just Ritek can be purchased normally at around this price so it would not be that special of a deal if they were Ritek. Verbatim on the other hand are great disks, and usually much more expensive.

Good price for mid-quality DVD's. For important data, stick to Taiyo Yudens. These are good for tossing around, giving away to friends, etc.
