I get to leave work early -- at 3.30pm to be exact... My office is downtown next to the lake front across from grant park in Chicago. Obama-pollooza is happening right down the block. Oh, well.... cannot wait until this is over.

Not only are the CPD limiting parking, the public buses are being re-routed. Now its going to take 30minutes longer getting home riding the bus. Oh, Well...

Actually, I've already benefited from Obama being president. I, in my downtown office, get to leave early.

I'm afraid, if I do pick up the anal lube, it will be for all those people who are "worse off" than me. in a bad economy, the "worse off" people, get to feel the full shaft of it.

In any case, as I was waiting for the bus, I could feel the excitement on Michigan ave. More minorities in the streets -- some banging on pickle buckets for money. A few of them were street performing; a saw a black man with a harmonica. More Obama buttons.. more "I voted" stickers. Blahhhahah Blah humbug!!!

Actually, from a co-work, while the Obama convention isn't officially open yet, people have been waiting since 9am. Obama mania.

Oh well, got to do laundry and start getting ready for basketball.

Today is a liberals wet dream. I hope they savory it, because IMHO, for all those poor people, it ain't going to get better.
